Are you an experienced Interim Regional CapEx Project Buyer ready to drive impact across complex capital investment projects? Stepping in for 6 months, you will take ownership of strategic tenders, contract negotiations, and high-value sourcing projects from day one.

As Interim Regional CapEx Project Buyer at FrieslandCampina, you will oversee a demanding project portfolio across the BeNeDu region. Operating in a complex matrix organization, you align with global category leads while executing pragmatic procurement strategies across multiple plants. You drive progress at pace, safeguard project milestones, optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), and maintain strict contract and process compliance. * Lead and execute regional CapEx tenders and commercial supplier negotiations.

* Translate category strategies into concrete RFQs, proposals, and robust contracts.

* Manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously, balancing speed with commercial discipline.

* Align and influence cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, finance, and legal.

* Elevate CapEx procurement maturity using best-practice tools, templates, and frameworks.

* You hold a university degree or postgraduate qualification in procurement, engineering, supply chain, or business.

* You have a minimum of 10 years of procurement experience in an international industrial environment.

* You have successfully led multiple high-value CapEx procurement projects and tenders simultaneously from start to finish.

* You are fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.

• A salary between €5500 and €7000 gross per month based on 40 hours
• A contract for a period of 6 months of 40 hours per week
• A monthly individual choice budget (IKB) of 8.76% of your salary that you can use flexibly
• 25 holiday days; 5 days can be included in the IKB budget
