Functieomschrijving
- Accepting and developing technical requests for quotations and orders.
- Follow-up of quotation and order files with the customer (in consultation with the Account Manager).
- Maintaining contacts with partner organizations and internal departments globally.
- Placing Direct Shipment orders and engineered custom orders.
- Elaboration of quotations for spare parts and / or conversion proposals for mechanical seals, couplings, filters, and other product groups in CRM-business system C4C, based on information provided by the customer or Account Manager.
- Order processing and follow-up in ERP-SAP business system.
- Assess technical and commercial feasibility of quotations.
- Technical-commercial support towards customers.
- Identifying trends in the market.
